This side table is part of the new DISLOCATION collection signed by studio Buzao. This table is born from the confrontation between two materials: the Marquina black marble and the blue acrylic embedded in the top. This blue line breaks some sort of traditionalism with marble used as and noble and ancient material for ornaments and furniture in high end interiors. Even it’s discrete, this blue line transforms this piece of furniture into a very contemporary object.
Studio Buzao is well known for having an experimental and innovative approach with design focusing their work on materials research. Marbre, lava stone, electroplated stainless steel, dichroic glass: Buzao designs minimalist furniture and lightings letting the material having the first role.
